We have few requests of our players, and anyone can join. Updated 07 ~ 28 ~ 2009
OFFICERS:
- When on, Helping others comes first. If help is needed or wanted, to a reasonable extent, it should be given when the player asks. If you are in the middle of something finish what you have started. You do NOT have to drop what you are doing right that second.
- Trade should be free and friendly, and again to a reasonable extent. PEOPLE WILL NOT BEG FOR THINGS THOUGH!!
- If you are going to be gone for more then 5 days you must let the GUILD LEADER OR ANOTHER OFFICER know either in game or via email. A warning will be given the first time and then demotion will occur if it happens again.
- Email should be provided either to the leader or sign up for the website so you can be aware of upcoming events and other things going on in the guild.
- It is your job to help be the eyes and ears of the guild, as we are all on at different times of the day and cannot be everywhere at once.
Members:
- Be friendly to members and our alliance.
- If leaving for an extended period please let the Guild Leader or an Officer know by announcement, text, chat, email, and etc. {More than 2 weeks} Being gone for more than a month without notice will result in being kicked from the guild. {If you would like to rejoin pm an officer when you come back. We do understand sometimes things come up in real life.}
- We would like an email address so you can be sent updates through our website. This is just for upcoming events and etc. {I won't be personally emailing you things.}
Everyone Including Officers and Members:
- There is to be NO FLAMING {click for definition if needed} in guild or alliance chat. If this occurs it will result in being kicked from the guild!
- There is to be NO BEGGING in any chat. If help is needed let someone know and we will accommodate you as soon as possible.
- Trade should be free and friendly to other guild members. {To a reasonable extent}
- There is to be NO FIGHTING. Players should be mature and respectful. {Maturity does not mean age, it is the way we behave!} If something should occur it should be brought to the attention of the guild leader or an officer and it will be dealt with. If an officer is involved let another Officer know AND the Guild Leader know.
- Please keep Guild and Alliance Chat PG - 13 due to younger members.
- When logging on please say hi to everyone in guild and alliance chats. You don't have to have extensive conversations, but a simple hello is very nice just to let other members know you are not ignoring them.
Dealing with fights, arguments, and disagreements because unfortunately sometimes we do happen to bump heads:
- Officers and the Guild leader need to be made aware of the situation so they can help and hopefully resolve things. We do not want anyone to be kicked for things like this!!
- All persons involved need to apologize to each other.
- Everyone involved will be given a warning. The next time it will result in player{s} being kicked from the guild.
- Once the problem is resolved the issue is to be dropped.
MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS IS A GAME SO HAVE FUN!!
