NINJA WARLORDS

BOYA!!

This page is a work in progress!!

I am gathering maps of  FREE Treasures. When I went looking for treasure I discovered that it was possible to make close to 20K just by hitting all of the treasure spots in Nightfall. {Of course it depends on how much the random drop is.} If you have a location that I have missed please send me a map or show me so everyone can enjoy FREE GOLD, FREE DROPS, and FREE PRESENTS.

Also by participating in our contests ~ Wink Wink

In  NIGHTFALL  there are THREE types of treasure "DO NOT TOUCH",   "BURIED TREASURE",  and   "TREASURE CHEST"

I would suggest taking several lock picks with you to the higher end areas as there are several chests I found along the way.
  • Treasure are always unlocked. Neither keys nor lockpicks are required.
  • The "Do Not Touch" treasures are dangerous in that they are guarded by either several Immolated Djinn or Ruby Djinn, using Savannah Heat and Searing Flames respectively. These are highly damaging area of effect spells that can easily wipe out a party standing too close together. Spread out your party members before opening these treasure. If you are just doing treasure runs while using Heroes and Henchmen it is easy enough to grab your treasure and resign.
  • Nightfall treasure are constrained by rules that are not yet fully understood.
    • Each character can open all of the treasure only once within a certain period of time. Once all have been opened, a certain period of time must pass before the treasure refills. The exact mechanics or factors that govern the waiting period is not known, but it is generally believed the time between attempts is 30 days per chest per character.
    • The recommended waiting period is about 1 to 2 months for each character. There have been claims that if a character attempts to open a treasure before the waiting period is over, the waiting period will reset. It is believed that if you attempt to open treasure daily with one character, that character will never obtain anything apart from the initial attempt.
    • If the treasure yields a purple item instead of a gold item, the gold amount is observed to be less than ⅔ of the normal gold amount. The minimum observed for Istani treasure is around 100Gold while those in the Realm of Torment appears to have a minimum of about 750Gold. This reduction in gold appears to be governed by the total number of times a character has opened treasure. The more treasure one character opens, the lesser the value of a particular treasure, regardless of how long that character waits before opening again. Use of Hard Mode does not appear to change the amounts of gold at any given area in Nightfall. 0.25
  • Eye of the North treasure are not constrained by any waiting periods and will always contain loot when located and revealed by the Light of Deldrimor.

Notes

  • Both treasures by Sunspear Sanctuary can be hit in one run.
  • In Dasha Vestibule the treasure is in the dead center of that area. There is a huge swarm of baddies that you don't have to fight they circle around after a second or two.
  • In the Ruptured Heart the odd colored marker is to locate the worm spore.
  • Crossing the Sulfurous Waste from the Remains of  Sahlahja in your worms where you have to go through the two rocks close to the entrance be careful of aggro right there. Most other group were avoidable until the end where there were  several rock guys. They were very easy to kill and dropped an average of 100 gold each.  BONUS!
  • The gate of pain has several foes at the end as well. There are friendly npc's there that block or hold the enemy back. If you want it is easy to run past and grab the treasure.
  • The Gate of Fear ~ the correct exit is the Domain of Pain. Run past the first group they don't follow. There is a huge group at the end of the soul bridge so I found it was faster / easier to go around.
